2. 2 Disable any frame rate monitoring tools like MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, or Fraps. These tools can interfere with frame statistics. Close them and see if the error goes away.
3. 3 Change your display settings. Press Win+I to open Settings, go to 'System' → 'Display'. Try changing the refresh rate to match your monitor's native rate. Also, try switching between fullscreen and borderless windowed mode in the game or application.
4. 4 Disable hardware acceleration in the application if possible. For example, in web browsers, go to Settings → System and turn off 'Use hardware acceleration when available'. This can reduce GPU load and frame timing issues.
5. 5 Check for Windows updates. Press Win+I, go to 'Windows Update', and click 'Check for updates'. Install any pending updates.
