1. 1 Press Windows key + X and select 'Device Manager'. Look for devices with a yellow exclamation mark. Right-click any problematic device and select 'Uninstall device'. 2. 2 After restart, Windows will reinstall the driver automatically. If not, go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for your hardware. Install it and restart again.
3. 3 Run System File Checker: Press Windows key + R, type 'cmd', then press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open Command Prompt as administrator. Type 'sfc /scannow' and press Enter. This repairs corrupted system files that might be causing the error.
4. 4 If the error persists, run DISM: In the same Command Prompt, type 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth' and press Enter. This fixes the Windows system image.
