This ensures the drive is accessible.
2. 2 If the error occurs when accessing a network drive, open File Explorer by pressing Windows key + E. Right-click 'This PC' and select 'Map network drive'. Choose a drive letter and enter the network path (e.g., \\server\share). Check 'Reconnect at sign-in' and click 'Finish'. This maps the drive so it's available every time you log in.
