1. 1 First, identify which program is causing the error. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and look for processes with high CPU or memory usage. Note the name of the process.
2. 2 If the program is a third-party application, check for updates. Visit the developer's website or use the built-in update checker. Often, this error is a bug that has been fixed in a newer version.
3. 3 If the program is a game, try lowering the graphics settings or disabling online features. This reduces the number of messages the game sends.
4. 4 If the error occurs during system startup, use System Configuration (Win+R, type 'msconfig', press Enter) to disable unnecessary startup programs. Go to the Startup tab and uncheck items that are not essential. This reduces the load on the system.
5. 5 Restart your computer to clear the message queue. If the error persists, run the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) to repair any corrupted system files that might be causing the issue.
