1. 1 Press Windows key + I to open Settings, then go to 'System' > 'Storage'. This shows you how much space is used on each drive. Look at your C: drive. If it's nearly full (less than 10% free), you need to free up space.
2. 2 Click on 'Temporary files' (or 'Cleanup recommendations') and let Windows scan. Check the boxes for temporary files, recycle bin, and other items you don't need, then click 'Remove files'. This deletes unnecessary files, freeing up space.
3. 3 If you still need more space, consider uninstalling unused programs: Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Sort by size and uninstall any large apps you don't use. This frees up significant space.
4. 4 Move personal files (like videos, photos, or documents) to an external drive or cloud storage. You can do this by dragging them to the new location. This reduces the load on your system drive.
5. 5 After freeing up space, try printing again. If the error persists, restart the Print Spooler service as described in the previous fix to ensure the spool folder is clean.
