Postup řešení
- 1 Press Windows key + R, type 'services.msc' and press Enter. Find 'Windows Update' service, right-click it, and select 'Stop'. This halts the update process so we can clear the cache.
- 2 Open File Explorer (Windows key + E). Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution. Delete all contents of this folder (you may need to confirm with administrator permission). This clears the downloaded update cache, which might be corrupted.
