Solution Steps
- 1 Open Settings > Time and language > Date and time.
- 2 Turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically, then click Sync now.
- 3 Open Settings > Accounts > Your info.
- 4 If using a local account, click Sign in with a Microsoft account instead and complete it, then restart Windows.
- 5 Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe, press Enter, wait for Microsoft Store to reopen.
- 6 Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps, find Microsoft Store, tap Advanced options, press Terminate, then Repair.
- 7 If sign-in still fails, press Reset on that same screen.
- 8 Do the same for Xbox and Gaming Services if listed.
- 9 Press Windows, type services, open Services.
- 10 Find Web Account Manager and Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant, set Startup type to Automatic, then choose Restart for each.
- 11 Right-click Start, open Windows PowerShell (Admin) or Terminal (Admin), then run the three commands one by one.
- 12 Restart the PC, open Microsoft Store first, sign in, then open Xbox App and sign in.
