1. 1 First, restart your router and modem. Unplug them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. This clears any temporary network glitches.
2. 2 Press Windows key + I to open Settings, go to Network & Internet → Status. Click 'Network reset' and then 'Reset now'. This reinstalls network adapters and resets network settings. Your computer will restart.
